The Journey

The entrepreneurial journey — and the beginning as a life coach.

It all started in college. A 20-year-old naive girl with dreams, leadership qualities, and many creative ideas wanted to step into a place not so common.

As someone who always wanted to help people, I met my first dream project at a youth community gathering and started working on building an NGO. The plan didn't work out because of alliance issues.

The true story began when I opened a start-up named Musqaan with my friend. Both of us worked really hard to make that company take shape. But it had to fail, as both of us were lacking experience of life and entrepreneurship. Everything we thought and built started slowly falling. What we learnt there were the mistakes to avoid as an entrepreneur — we had very good theoretical knowledge of sales, marketing, strategy, administration, operations, and partnership dealings, but what gave us a setback was the practical and realistic execution, and the mindset. The ego of doing something different from the world, the false dream, wrong financial expectations, overconfidence in the product, and an easily breakable inner strength made the project fail.

Then COVID hit, and my family started learning about my start-up plans. I had to face strong opposition, which is also one of the reasons I had to back out of Musqaan.

I then partnered with Agroson Adhaar, a start-up for farmers and trading, to gain financial security and follow my passion for start-ups. The deal closed with ₹35,000 in hand and 2% equity. As I started working, family issues and financial crisis heated up, and I made the mistake of investing that ₹35,000 in the wrong platform — losing both my courage and vision for the dream. The founder of Agroson Adhaar understood my condition and never held a grudge against me, but the incident left me underconfident while facing him, and I left the partnership.

In between, I worked on many small projects across companies — HR, sales, operations, and management — but couldn't finish anything properly.

Then came my own start-up idea, Technomyth — a blend of game development, mental health, and Indian culture. I got selected in the 1st round for an incubation with CIBA, but had to leave it too, because of family issues.

After working in corporate for 2.5 years as a data analyst, I decided to resign, on intuition, to do something different. Reality hit home fast. Family issues worsened, and I started experiencing panic and anxiety attacks. Over the following six months of deep exploration, I not only cured my own anxiety and panic attacks but also got a clear vision of what I wanted to do. I faced my family's opposition to my business firmly, set boundaries while keeping peace with them, fought for financial stability — and have since been building and transforming the lives of people like you.

Now, because of my life experience, I don't just understand the pressure of being in business and how family and business affect each other — I help people achieve balance and find growth in both.
